Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child or your family. My aim is to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

I provide counselling and creative arts therapy for children, teenagers and adults across Beachlands, Maraetai, Clevedon, Whitford and the wider East Auckland area.
